Hope (Honeybears Aurora)

Hope (Honeybears Aurora) came to live with us when she was only just over a year old having been rehomed. She was a sweet Newfoundland and soon became part of the family.  Her greatest loves in life were swimming, food, Ian (not in any particular order).  She only lived to be 6 years and 10 months, suddenly developing acute onset autoimmune haemolytic anaemia. Yogi gave blood for a transfusion to Hope which in turn gave precious time to get to a specialist, Dick White Referrals. But it was not to be and she died in the night only 48 hours after becoming ill.

 

We will never forget you Hope, you were our precious little star - I miss those nights when you came to greet me and stole my filofax!
